| We are very blessed by any gift you choose to make to our Faith Hospice program.
There are a number of ways you can help.
Faith Hospice Capital Campaign
The Faith Hospice capital campaign is designed to complete the beautiful Trillium Woods Hospice Residence Center, the only residential hospice in the greater Grand Rapids area. Your gifts to this campaign will help complete funding for this $24 million project including the lower level where we anticipate having 15 additional patient rooms.
For commemorative and memorial gift opportunities, please contact our vice president for development, John Norden, at 616-235-5461.
Gifts to our Faith Hospice Program:
Memorial gifts are directed to help with the cost of care for those who do not have sufficient personal or family resources.
Some patients require care in our Faith Hospice Center at Trillium Woods. Since the cost of care is frequently not a covered hospice benefit under insurance policies, gift support helps us make the care available to patients in need.
Some patients do not have a hospice benefit at all. Gift support makes hospice care available to them and their families.
Special gifts enable us to purchase equipment and items that offer comfort and convenience when needed by patients and their families.
How to make a gift to Faith Hospice
Send cash, checks or money orders payable to “Faith Hospice” to:
Faith Hospice – Development Office
2100 Raybrook St. SE, Suite 300
Grand Rapids, MI 49546-5783
For information on making a gift of stock or other appreciated property, please contact the Holland Home Development Office at 616-235-5461.
A note or short letter describing the purpose of your gift will help us honor your gift intentions. Gifts not otherwise designated will be directed to our Hospice Capital Campaign.
Special Note regarding memorial gifts:
Many families identify Faith Hospice as a designated charity for memorial gifts. If you’d like to honor a memorial invitation, please identify, on the face of your check, in a short note or on the memorial envelope, the person in whose honor your gift is made. Faith Hospice will inform a designated family member or loved one of your gift (but not the amount of your gift).
Faith Hospice is a non-profit organization. Gifts are tax deductible as donations.
