Susan Mast, RN, CHPN serves as executive director of Faith Hospice. Ms. Mast has been a nurse for over 30 years and involved with hospice for over ten years. She is a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care nurse.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and an Associate Degree in Nursing from the University of Hawaii.

John Mulder, M.D., serves as vice-president of medical services for Faith Hospice. Improving the quality of life for his patients has always been a matter of service to him, and his career reflects that. As a nationally recognized authority on end-of-life issues and pain management, Dr. Mulder has become a sought-after speaker on the topics. He was certified as a hospice and palliative medicine specialist by the American Board of Hospice and Palliative Medicine in 2000. In addition, he has served on the board of directors for International Aid since 1990 and has taught at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
